This may not be Dave's kind of pizza, but it is my kind. Cheesy, salty, wall to wall pep. Amazing crust, but surprisingly floppy given the char on top

Wow , I was not hungry at all , pizza was already cold when I got to the party ,and it was still fantastic Pepperoni was unreal, soft crust , great cheese and sauce, I need to try this pizza when it’s fresh out of the oven

This is great pizza, the ingredients are top notch. The crust is light and the char is perfect. Cup char pepperoni, sauce is balanced, it’s a sloppy fold em style pizza that is sure to hit the spot. One of the best in the city for a reason.

Phenomenal pie. The sauce, the crust, the flop, it’s all spot on. Gonna need to tour the big smoke more to try to beat this one

Probably the closest you'll get to a bona fide "Toronto Style" Pizza. Think NYC thickness and constitution but substitute a crust for a Neapolitan cornicione and you'll be almost there mentally. It's good! The 3 cheese blend used is a similar trick used by Di Fara (Block low moisture mozzarella, fresh mozzarella and a hard cheese like pecorino/parmigiano reggiano) and has great flavour and oiling. I happen to prefer Neapolitan pizza over all other styles so the score is reflective of my admitted preference here. In concept this could be the perfect pizza but I often found myself craving either the tenderness of a traditional Neapolitan, or the folding tactile feel of an NYC slice, neither of which Maker delivers. It is in the middle, but perhaps not the sweet spot, between these two styles. Still, if you can learn to love it on its own terms, Maker Pizza provides a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Canadian pizza! Despite the picture, it’s super sloppy as when I picked up each slice, cheese and sauce was falling everywhere. But it’s solid in terms of its flavor and crust.

Large Pepperoni & extra cheese Very nice fluffy and slightly charred crust, pepperoni is very good quality, cheese & sauce are solid. Very satisfied

Pesto was 9.2 - very herbaceous, loved it. It made me feel alive again. The mushroom was a 9.3 - really woodsy, think romantic walk with your partner in the woods! And the third pizza was a 7.8 with sausage and jalapeño, it’s missing something, much like one’s life upon introspection. Overall a great score 8.7.

Heard about this place on taste Toronto Instagram. Definitely lived up to the hype! Loved the crispy crust and flavourful pepperoni.

Forgot to take a pic 😬 Got the margarita which is a 3 cheese blend Sauce had quite a bit of garlic tang. Good or bad depending if you like garlic. I wasn’t crazy about it. Crust was good. Medium thickness and nice and fresh. Cheese was GREASY. Could be due to the blend Overall pretty good. would get again if I’m in the area but won’t travel for it. 7.3 that’s the review.

Alright Frankie, We tried the So Mushroom which was creamy, extra cheesy and flavorful. But also Frank’s Best which was sweet, crispy caramelized onions and delicious earthy goat cheese and honey, one of the best we ever tried. You gotta try it too.

Real salty, greasy, not much cheese and sauce was nothing special at all.
