Malawi's Pizza Provo Riverwoods

People are low balling Malawi’s. Probably the best sauce in Utah county with a strong basil flavor. Loved it. Could be crispier but the crust with the burnt bubbles is amazing.

Really great undercarriage with some great tangy sauce. Thin and crispy. This pizza exceeded my expectations. The quality would be a bit better if the oven was coal-fired. Overall a pizza the Pres would be proud of

This was not a bad Neapolitan style brick oven pizza, but it didn’t knock my socks off. It was a bit greasy and needed a few more minutes in the oven to crisp up. I’d like to try this same pizza without the pesto drizzle that it came with.
