Mama Barone’s-BROOKFIELD

This place has been on my radar for awhile and I was finally able to stop by tonight. The gentleman at the counter were very nice and I enjoyed their conversation. Sadly I was not thrilled with the pizza. I can’t put my finger on it, but the sausage had a strange taste as well as the sauce in my opinion and still can’t figure out what is is. Crust was the best part for me which is unusual since I am all about the toppings. Would I go back, can’t say I would. Just an average pizza for me.

Old pic, new owners, great slice. Thin, crispy, no flop, really good sauce, and not too much cheese. Give it a shot. There is no way paisans should have a higher score than this.

This is a good value pizza. You won’t break the bank when buying from this place.
