Solid, solid pie. Only $14.99 for an 18” pie on Monday and Tuesday’s, amazing deal for a local restaurant. Owner was super nice as well, checked the under carriage when it came out of the oven and then made sure to confirm I was happy with it and I didn’t even have to ask, and then he gave me 15 packets of parmesan for free. Overall, I will be back again, and you can tell that this is a solid restaurant run by someone who genuinely cares about his craft, and he’s nailed it. Top notch ingredients as well.
