Thanks for tuning in for this week's sweet pie review. First off, owner and staff are super friendly... But because I'm a consummate professional, I have to do a true review but it is what it is. It was greasy and cheese was slipping off more than it should. I agree with a member of the consortium that of it was cut standard triangles, cheese may have hung on longer. Sauce was lacking a little spice. Everyone is here today which means no mom jokes. And that's a good thing because I think I broke one of them recently. They need their rest. Happy Wednesday my friends. Today the Consortium has landed at Mama Ciminos. Overall it’s an ok pie. Something was off with the dough for me personally. Lots of cheese and a very tomato forward sauce. The crust was not super crispy but did have a little crunch. Not sure if I would return.

The whole consortium made a rare appearance to make or break another pizza spot. This week is a small mom and pop shop called Mama Ciminos. It did not disappoint. Rosatis style cut on the pizza but I like that. Sauce and cheese were pretty good, dough was crisp. No mom jokes but I would come here again.

Ok pizza, just a bit bland, crust was average, cheese ok. Nice people inside sporting USA jacket. Merica!

True due diligence has paid off!!!

Mama Cimino’s Supreme pizza, was cut in squares. I know a lot of people don’t like that? But I do. Sauce was really good! Had a unique taste. Not for everyone. Ingredients were good quality and very good. Undercarriage was a little floppy. Good crisp in the crust. Not greasy at all. Cheese was amazing, had a buttery taste to it. Definitely not NY style pizza. Reminds me of Aurelio’s out of Chicago. 7.6
