Very nice new venue and brick oven with potential for greatness. Paulie’s margarita (revu below) looks amazing…. Mine tasted ok, but was kind of a soupy mess. Great Neapolitan pies are such a challenge.

Excellent sauce on this wood fired crust made with a slight char. Held together pretty well for a Neo Neopolitan pie. Worth giving it a shot
