Mama Maria's Pizza

Second visit. Originally scored ir at 8.2. The 0.8 decrease is due to less cheese on my slices this visit coupled with the sauce missing the sweet/tangy zing it had the last time. Softening the reduction was the crust and undercarriage was a bit crispier this time. I think the true score will ultimately lie at 7.7/7.8 - we shall see.

Alright Franky, down in Coral Springs area....thin slice, nice under carriage. A good traditional football pizza, was hoping to try the grandma slice, but they didn't have any available... maybe next time. 7.2 That's a review

Grandma slice first time having it. Sauce was sweet, and pizza was crispy but cold. Maybe if it was hot and I got there earlier than when they said it would be done was probably sitting around for awhile. That’s the score

Really good nice sauce

Dripping with greasy, sauce was the best part by far great tang, good crunchy crust. Overall decent pie.
