We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. It took more than 20 minutes to cook our pizza. The crust looked promising at first, but my initial bite was soft, doughy, and undercooked. There was too much cheese and it had somewhat "plastic" quality about it. There was too much grease. The pie had the right amount sauce which was a plus. However, it was sweet and short on flavor.
With better quality ingredients and a longer cook time they could dominate the market. But Put-In-Bay is a tourist driven market with few alternatives and there is no need for them to raise the bar.
