Mama Maria's Pizza

This is a pretty solid pie, nothing special, but a very reliable, good old fashioned straight up cheese pizza. The sauce has a nice little zip on it, more tangy than sweet. The cheese is standard, most likely on the cheaper side, dripping with grease. The dough has a decent amount of crisp to go along with a fairly crispy crust. This falls right in the middle of the pack of generically good pizza. Solid, yet unspectacular, which is hard to come by among mostly disappointing South Jersey pies.
