Like some other reviewers, I found the dough to be lacking some cook time. The outer ‘crust’ was tasty. But the middle 5-6” was just flop.

Incredible flop , crust has an incredible crunch to it , very rich cheese , sauce has just the right amount of tang & I got to say one of the best pies I’ve tried in Colorado . Highly recommend.
