My one bite review is based on a slice picked up at closing time... Decent crust but if it's made slightly thicker it would be just right. Average sauce can use just a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors. Alright cheese, not greasy and the right amount. If they add a lil bit of salt and seasoning to their sauce it would taste so much better and I would give it a 6.7. I'll go back in a month to give it another try.

Overall: Good flop, just enough crisp in the crust. Sauce needs a bit more salt and dry herbs. Good cheese. Not greasy at all. Take note: pieces were thrown in the oven right before closing. Might be better fresh out the oven.

Solid slice. Good quality cheese, nice mouthfeel on the dough, and sauce is decent. Not oily and minimal Santa Clarita flop.
