Pizza Review
It's not NY pizza, it's not Chicago deep-dish (which I dislike). It's what I call Midwestern style; it's what I grew up on. A nice medium crust which is golden crunchy on the outside and almost fluffy inside. The sauce is simple with an almost sweet finish... If you're lucky, they'll slop just a touch of sauce on the outer crust that almost burns when it's cooked (delicious) In a world full of chain-pizza joints, this stuff reminds me of Elda's Pizza and Mussara's Tasty Pizza from when I was growing up in Garfield Hts., OH in the 1990s.
