Pizza Review
For starters with the place, the vibe was good. It looked like a New York pizzeria because guess what... it’s a New York pizzeria. They’re honestly probably charging too much for their pies though. For starters, this was one fluffy pizza. The crust ratio at the end of the slice was perfect. But the crust was just too fluffy and airy. There was no residual flour on it from what I saw. It had no crunch or crisp and felt like I was biting a cloud. Probably some of the strangest texture I’ve ever seen for a crust but whatever. The flavor of the crust was alright too. The cheese to sauce ratio was on point. No complaints there. The cheese and sauce however were barely noticeable. This is just one of those light tasting pizzas that I can eat the whole pie and not feel full. I wish the flavors stood out more but from what I tasted, it wasn’t bad. Overall, not a bad slice but I would maybe suggest their specialty pies if you go here. I had their vodka grandma slice and that thing was at least an 8.0. It starts getting weird now when I review slices other than the regular cheese but whatever, you know what I mean. It’s not a real scale. The only scales are the regular cheese slice and the man scale and that man who served us our pies was very cute and an 8.8. I’ll be posting more reviews shortly.
