Regular: I love a crispy slice but this has the texture and taste of cardboard. Really needs some sause on it. 4.2 Sicilan: really crispy, sauce has a good tang to it and goes well with he cheese. This is actually a real good sicilan slice. 8.3 I guessing I got a bad regular slice because the two slices are worlds apart. If I'm in the area again I will give it another day in court. For now I will average the score

Decent slice, not elite by any means but can certainly hold its own. Crust is certainly the highlight; I was NOT impressed by the look of the pizza but was pleasantly surprised when I put it in my mouth.

Mama Sbarros has the perfect crisp and the best tasting sauce. The plain slice is amazing but my favorites are the grandma and the Margherita slice

Overall, the slice is good. Sauce is good, cheese is good. Size is good. Crust was a little more well done then I like. Overall, it’s a very good slice and a much better improvement over the mama Sbarro’s slices I had almost 10 years ago. I would recommend.
