Pizza Review
This pizza is nothing special. If this pizza were a state it would be New Mexico. A slightly unmemorable/irrelevant state that is still a little interesting/ captivating in the mind due to the fact that it has Mexico in the name. The undercarriage is very underwhelming, and the flop on the slice is expected due to the undeniably large amount of grease on the slice. The dough is very doughy, and leaves my pallet dry like the sands of Arizona. However the sauce prickled my tastebuds like the cacti in the desert around the restaurant. The fountain and the carousel like decor reminds of the roaring 20’s, as the decor acts as a facade, distracting customers from the destined failure of the establishment much like the Great Depression was imminent. The pizza left me wanting more which is why I decided to eat my styrofoam cup as seen in the photo above.
