When I first saw this slice I had high hopes. The melted cheese looked fantastic.
1. Located right in the heart of the popular Delray beach strip. Large turnover with alot of people coming thru. Slice I got was fresh out of the oven.
2. Overall this was far from a traditional NY slice. The dough had a strange texture, the sauce and cheese were quite bland.
3. I know as a fact there are people that prefer doughy slightly bland tasting pizza, but for me, I will travel a couple miles away and find my spots that I rated in the 8's.
