It’s wood fired, place has a neat back story. Owner is a handful and service can be a challenge, I don’t care. I am interested in the pie, that’s it. It had a flop, undercarriage was just ok. There were some nice charcoal spots on part of the undercarriage. Sauce had a nice tang, not overpowering. I would like to have more crisp! My first review, it was good, but didn’t knock my socks off.
