Pizza Review
Alrighty, Mamma Rosa’s Italian Family Restaurant (Mamma Rosa’s on Google). Starting off with the cheese, which is a bit heavy handed near the center. This has caused some issues to the flop as there was a bit of chew to the front of the pizza that is slightly less than desirable; however, the quality of the cheese I am very much aware of, which has made for a flavor that is instantly recognizable. A thinner spread will also prevent the extra grease that is present from this pie that comes when picking up a slice. Moving onto the sauce, we have a thin spread that is evenly distributed, but not a lot of tang. This could also be the cheese overpowering the slice, but the amount of sauce is absolutely perfect. Finally the bread. Great undercarriage, and even char when asked for well done. Crust is extremely addictive due to the extra time that was given in the oven. Overall, extremely high quality pizza just a couple blocks from Chesapeake Bay. Bring the date, bring the family, bring the uncles and the aunts too. An incredibly well rounded spot.
