Mamma's Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta

New York style pizza. Nicely crispy undercarriage, bread is chewy and flavorful with lots of flop. Ingredients are tasty, particularly the cheese. Overall, not an extra greasy pie. In my opinion, it needs a bit more sauce, or at least sauce needs to be more flavorful as I didn’t pick up the acidity from the tomatoes and other sauce ingredients.
