Mamma's Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta

New York style pizza. Nicely crispy undercarriage, bread is chewy and flavorful with lots of flop. Ingredients are tasty, particularly the cheese. Overall, not an extra greasy pie. In my opinion, it needs a bit more sauce, or at least sauce needs to be more flavorful as I didn’t pick up the acidity from the tomatoes and other sauce ingredients. As always, try it for yourself and you make your decision.

Can tell the sitting slices been sitting for a while but the ingredients are good... willing to come back and give it another chance

Took way too long to receive after I ordered it. However it did taste delicious. Good sauce, fresh cheese. It did have way too much cheese in, really floppy crust so it was a hot mess trying to eat it at first.

Score is for the slice. Crispy crust sauce has a lot of flavor. Little bit greasy. Id recommend asking for well done if you get a whole pie.

One bite everybody knows the rules. Good slice . Would love it to be a little more crispy.

Solid Pizza. Very tasty and might be the closest thing to NY pizza in the area.
