Mamma's Pizza

Floppy, over-cheesed pie. Dough is great but overall too thick with no undercarriage structure. Cheese is not of good quality, nor is the pepperoni.

Too much flop. excellent sauce. Could have been cooked just a bit longer for a crispier crust. Excellent amount of cheese. Overall good pie
