One the scene today with my new protégé. Mancino’s has a well deserved reputation of offering quality Za. The cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had is the true bedrock of this pizza. The pie is well cooked and has a slinky like flop. The sauce is a decent quality and appears to be made in house. The only thing holding us back here is the par-level quality of the crust. Overall it’s a well run establishment serving good pie.
