Manco & Manco Pizza

Sauce out of the hose was really good and cool to see it shooting onto the pies, but the crust wasn’t the greatest.

It is NOT a 7.8. It really did not taste fresh. Sorry

I’m a big fan of Manco and always expect an 8+ pie. Today’s offering at the northern-most location was solid but fell a bit short. Light on sauce and slightly under baked. Still delicious.

Classic beach pizza. Can't go wrong.

Tomato sauce is great, lacking in the cheese Department. No Flop is a plus.

Good in the crispy department. Sauce as sweet as the happy Christian families. Pairs well with a non-alcoholic beer.

Solid slice. Little to no flop with a good cheese to sauce ratio. Slight tang in the sauce, but that’s never a bad thing.

Expectations were high and I have to say, they were not met. And they know it. $2.75 a slice is cheaper than most every other pizza slice on the boardwalk, and there’s a reason. Cheese is like a teenager when you have to do yard work—hard to find and sauce is thin. No quality whatsoever just a slice. No personality, no quality, no love. Very disappointing. Worst slice of our Tuesday night boardwalk adventure.

Best on the boardwalk, I once ate 17.5 slices during a holiday weekend. I’m not proud of that but I’m also not ashamed. I’m hungry now.

Best shore pizza. Lives up to the hype. It’s a must-get every time I vacation to OCNJ. Lines get ridiculous though
