I never rate a pizza this high, especially an artisan style. I prefer more of a New Haven or NY style. With that said, this pizza exceeded my highest expectations. The crust is pan style but very crispy undercarriage. The sauce is like the soul of a tomato. And the toppings taste of the finest Italian meats. Solid 9.1 from a pizza snob. A+++++

Although has the perfect crunch if it doesn't have enough cheese and not enough sauce i could probably have a better pizza if I go to a little caesar's

This pizza is fantastic. I’ve had the Buffalo and now the Cheese. Absolutely tasty and honestly doesn’t taste like pizza it’s so good. You can tell how fresh the ingredients are and I will always take my business here.

Not my favorite style but, I can appreciate the taste. Good crisp, sauce and cheese. It’s worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Great pizza!!! Sauce was amazing and just enough cheese. If bottom of crust was crisper this would be a solid 8.

One bite everyone knows the rules, no NY flop, granny style, and good crisp. If you like bubbles you’ll be disappointed.

Nice pie and cooked the way I like it it had some flop however the crust was nice and crispy. Taste was very good but the square is not really my style slice. The next time I visit NC I will patronize this place again.

Originally I reviewed Mandolinos at a 7.2, after trying it twice more I’ve concluded that my original review was inaccurate. While, I can say that the red pizza alone is not all that it’s significantly better with toppings. Not exactly my style, still worth a try for sure though.
