Mangia Brick Oven Pizza

“1 plain, not too crispy.” Standard flop on this very thin slice. Great airy dough, it’s both chewy & light. A disappointing 1:2 sauce to cheese ratio but what’s up even more disappointing, it their lack of flavor. The cheese is mediocre & I can’t taste the sauce at all! I’m gonna give this place another shot cause their specialty pies look great but I’m in no rush. Btw, I curbed this score by a full point cause their dough is that great...
