Ordered a small "Italian" Margherita light on the cheese and a small "American" style with 3 veggies. Couldn't tell any difference in the dough/crust. Soft and chewey, no crisp at all on the undercarriage or cornicione. Margherita was like a thin cheesey chewy bread stick. American was a swamp in the middle... major wet flop. Sauce is a 10...excellent. Corn meal on the bottom. Oven isn't hot enough to get any crisp or crunch or good rise..wf oven maybe 500 dF. No wood fire taste.
