Really good pie, but the house rules tainted my score. I understand having them, but just established a vibe upfront that affected rating.

Best pizza I have ever had!

I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza. The highlight is the sauce, which is very fresh and tasteful. The taste and texture of the cheese is average, while it does meld well with the sauce. The crust is the downfall for me. It’s rather grainy, which I’m assuming is due to cornstarch. Parts of the crust are delightfully burnt, while others are slightly undercooked. Overall, the freshness of the sauce compensates for most of the minor crust infractions and all things considered, this is a damn good pizza.

Cheese to sauce ratio not great: heavy on the cheese. The sauce is very good and light just mot enough. The cheese is strangely salty. Crust has a decent crisp and burnt taste but the center is a bit floppy. Not bad but a little disappointing.

Very good ! A little too floppy for a short slice. Sauce could use a bit more tang … we were supposed to be back at Sally’s but the highway blew up so might be a bit critical !!!good pie !

Excellent pizza. Several erroneous reviews. Wife says 9.5 and I’m going with it to offset the taste deaf people that scored this pizza low. 8.7 honest score.

Honestly just alright. Not a bad pizza, but too little sauce, and a bit of a thick crust for wood fired pizza. All in all, would prefer to head over to Mystic Pizza next time.

Pretty good. Crust was great but the sauce was over powered by the toppings.
