Manhattan Pizza II

Ordered their 2-Large, 1 Topping on each Pie Special with a 2 Liter. Supposed to be 28 dollars. Came to 40 bucks because I asked for 1 plain and the other to have 3 toppings. No soda, no explanation of charges.. All flop, no crunch, no crisp, no sauce, greasier than most and under-cooked.
