Manny's Cucina Napoletana

OK folks, El Prez starts every Neapolitan at 6.8, and these are Neapolitan Pizzas. The photo is an El Siciliano, which is Fried Eggplant Tomato Sauce With Smoked Mozzarella. Delicious. The crust is a little floppy, but the sauce is deep and rich. Cheese is fresh. Service was excellent, good atmosphere, and there were a lot of locals in the restaurant, which are all great signs for a good place. No football pizzas here, all gourmet, and all with fancy names. 6.8 is what Dave would score it, I’m going 7.3 on the Melbourne Scale. It’s worth a visit or two.
