Crispy on the underside, nice crunch. Tasty sauce, heavy toppings with the House Special but creative choices.

This is why you can’t make a whore a house wife. I feel like I’m cheating on my hometown favorite pizza place but undercarriage is perfect. The sauce slaps. Just cheesy enough without the grease. Came here bc of Dave, stayed bc the pizza slaps.

Crisp crust, no flop. Good cheese with mozzarella added on the final cook of the slice.

This place is a gem. Small family running it on Arcade alley. The smell is intoxicating in this place. Got two slices with sausage and pepp. Fresh crispy crust on the end that folds. Cannoli was incredible too. Will be back.

This spot is the full package. From Manny in the back tossing pies and the weathered store front, you just know you’re going to get a good pie here. The pizza has a delightful crispity crunch and the tang from the sauce is delightful. I arrived here 5 minutes prior to them opening and there was a line out front. This is where the local Nashville-ites eat. If you’re in Nashville, add this one to your list.

One of the better NY pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crust was crispy but still had a little fluff on the bread. The sauce was a good complement to the dough. Wish it would’ve had a little more cheese.

A good slice of NY style, great undercarriage with good sauce and toppings.

Good NY slice, crust was very good, decent crisp. Will go back but still on a quest for Nashville’s best.

Excellent crust, very crispy, good chew. Owner moved to Nashville 38 years ago from Brooklyn, family run pizza shop.

I don’t wanna jinx anything, but as far as New York Pizza goes in Nashville, I think this is the best we are gonna get. The Sicilian was very heavy but delicious. Sauce was fantastic. Cheese was good and crust was cooked to perfection.

Minimal flop. Crispy crust with a great undercarriage. Interesting sauce, not real tangy, slightly garlicy. Delicious slice, would recommend.

Hands down the best NY slice / pie you will ever get in Nashville. I’m willing to fist fight over this score.

Good pizza in the heart of Nashville. Wish it had some more sauce on there since it was really tasty and light on the sauce load. Quality cheese. Had to get the thin slice since they were not doing thick this week. Will definitely be back to try the thick slice.

Amazing pizza. Great crunch. Great flavor. The people there are awesome too.

As one of the first places that brought “authentic” New York pizza to Nashville, this place lives up to its reputation. This was fantastic through and through. Everything was fresh and the crust was cooked to perfection with a great crunch from the tip to the handle. Toppings were great, cheese was great, there’s no real problems here… Well, mostly. I guess it was greasier than I expected. Not that bad, but it’s still noticeable. If only this place wasn’t 40 minutes from my house…

This pizza was delicious! The pepperoni may have been a little greasy, other than that it was almost pizza perfection. The sauce to me seemed a little sweet. The crust was very airy and crispy. In fact the whole pie had a good crunch throughout. This is Joey‘s House of Pizza’s older brother that brought original New York style pizza to Nashville. Dave, when you come back to Nashville this should be first on your list.
