Manolo's Pizza & Empanadas

Thin. Crispy. Just how I like my pizza. It does have the flop. Spotted Goat is the way to go but cheese is very solid.

Needs to be cooked more, less cheese

Textbook definition of mediocre. Some crisp, but thicker/doughier than New York style. No complexity in the flavor. Just very bland and forgettable pizza.

Much better when you order a whole pizza, rather than by the slice.

Good flavor and well proportioned. Somewhat greasy but good, firm crust. Pizza sits there for a long time and is overpriced for a slice of this caliber.

Very appetizing appearance for a NY slice. Cooked very well, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Herbal seasoning provides great touch. Manegable flop. Tastes amazing. Great crust texture. Very enjoyable experience overall.
