Talk about a pleasant surprise...this place exceeded all expectations! Most of the pizza in this area settles in the low-to-mid 6s, so this was really a shock. Right away I was pleased with how thin the dough was, despite being a little on the soft side, but the super crispy crust more than made up for the general lack of crisp in the body of the pie. The cheese is pretty good, definitely above average. The sauce has a nice sweetness with a touch of zip, very generously spread throughout. This is a really solid pie, incredibly reliable for South Jersey pizza.
