Marckesano's Pizza

*forgot to snap the pie* but it’s really yummy. I was gonna give it a 7.7 but due to the owners hospitality I’m giving this pizza experience an 8.2. I pulled up when they closed early. The owner reopened and made me a large cheese with two free beers. The sauce is the best part. Tangy sweet with hint of red pepper spice. Secondly the mozzarella is perfect(not too smelly and not greasy). Thirdly the crust is both crispy on the initial bite then lightly doughy. The Crust is good but I’ve recreated a similar crust texture with my homes oven and pizza flower from the local grocery. The flop is medium which is nice. You can NY fold it or not. Up to you.
