there is such a thing as too much flop .. bit doughy on the crust BUT the taste is there the mechanics of the pie need to be reconfigured

Football pizza. Original crust is pretty thick and fluffy. No crisp. Greasy. Taste is average. Will come back to try a thin crust and see if it is better.
