Maria's Pizza

The one reviewer on here said the pizza was saucy. Clearly an amateur. It is lacking sauce... this overrated local pie shop offers up a slice in the Sahara as it will dry your mouth out. Also, too much cheese with what tastes like some cheap cheddar thrown in to the mix, giving it a Mac n’ cheese type taste. Other toppings are generous, and of quality, but they’ve got a broken formula. A good pizza is like a balanced equation. The cheese to sauce ratio is what kills this one.
