Pizza Review
We’ll start off with the good... this is the first Italian restaurant I’ve been to inside Europe (Prague) that being said, this pizza holds up to most pizzas I’ve had since I’ve been in Europe. The best thing about this was the sauce. It tasted very home made. Extremely robust and had this hint of real tomato taste to it. Definitely appreciate the flavor and the natural taste of it. Now for the crust, it was pretty good. Nothing crazy special but well above your average pizza, the crunch ratio was perfect, and it tasted decent. Only complaint was that I would’ve like a little more crust to cheese ration. Now for the bad.... I hate pizzas who cake cheese on it and it loses the original form of the pizza. All of the structural integrity was lost on the second slice, which sucks considering how good the sauce was. The cheese was a bit above average, nothing to special. But not bad either. I think if this restaurant used a “light cheese” approach this pizza would’ve easily been a high 7. Overall good pizza, nothing special, sauce is definitely the highlight
