Marino's Pizzeria & Wine Bar Trattoria

Marino’s is a low key suburban neighborhood joint with a wine bar vibe. The pie is very solid - sweet delicious sauce, cheese is good, crust is excellent with minimal flop and pleasant charred flavor. Surprisingly good overall.

One bite, everyone knows the rules… Wood-fired pie, great sauce, awesome cheese, dough has a great flavor. Though, dough is too abundant. They only offer a 12” pie. If the amount of sought used for a 12”, was stretched out to a 16”, then the score would be higher. Though, the wood-fired crunch is still good, alleviating the NY flop factor. Solid 7.4

Rookie score. VERY solid for a neighborhood spot in a Denver suburb.

Little flop. Could be cooked more. Cheese is amazing. Not to greasy.
