Alright Frankie. Got the sicilian pie. This is a masterpiece, the Mona Lisa of pizza. I spoke to one of the owners to inquire on how they make the pies. Fresh made dough from scratch every day, hand granted cheeses off the block, and sauce made from scratch as well. This pizza is thicc , cheesy and full of flavor. I’ve never had another kind like it before and if stands as my favorite pizza in north east Ohio at the moment. It’s a high score I know but it’s well earned. 8.5 that’s a review.

Normally I only order plain pizza but was with group that like pepperoni so we tried traditional pie with ronis and their thick Sicilian pie (plain). If you are looking for a traditional NY pie this (their traditional pie) definitely was not it… crust though fresh, was thick, very buttery, soft(chewy) and very very heavy! Good sauce/cheese but nothing to write home about… though I’m not a Roni guy there was an ample amount as seen in the picture. The traditional pie was almost as heavy as the Sicilian thick crust. The Sicilian as expected was thick and like the traditional very buttery and soft… pie very very cheesy!! I think it’s a layer of cheese, topped with sauce and then blanketed with another layer of cheese. I believe the traditional large was 16” and the Sicilian was 14”…? Between the 3 of us (normally each can polish off half a 16”) We we’re amazed that we had a whole pie left when done. Told you it was very heavy. The owner (working the front counter) was beyond gracious… such a sweetheart. She said since they opened (80’s…??) that only she or her husband have put a pie in their oven!! Amazing :)

This is a good and unique pizza. The crust is great and cooked perfectly. However, it could use more sauce and overall it is very heavy on the cheese. Not something you could eat all the time but worth it as a treat.

Ordered the cheese Sicilian. Great cheese. Sauce had a nice flavor. The dough was soggy, thick, and lacked flavor.

Couldn’t decide between both styles so I got a Sicilian and a traditional. Sicilian is rich, buttery and covered in cheese. Crust is incredibly fresh but a little too doughy for me. Sauce doesn’t stand out, but is good. 7.4 Traditional is just as fresh. Tons of cheese, but I’d like more flavor to the sauce. 7.2

Their Sicilian pie is fucking fantastic. It’s a layer of crust, sauce, toppings, cheese, another layer of crust and topped with a metric shit ton of more cheese. It’s one of the best in the Akron area, and the best in Cuyahoga Falls hands down.

Alright Frankie, this is one thicc Sicilian. Thicc with two C’s. Great texture on the dough, great sauce and plenty of cheese. Great local pie. 8.3 That’s a review.

Alright Frankie.. the owner says they’re known for their award winning deep dish. It was a string slice. The sauce was slightly zesty but it was balanced by the sweetness of the crust. The crust is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, not greasy, perfect. Nice cheese pull, easier to manage when it cools off a little. I will come back for sure. I give it a 7.8. There’s pizza . And then there is mark and phillys Sicilian pizza. It’s a soft pillow of double layered cheese and awesomeness for your taste buds . Perfect ratio of cheese, sauce to crust. A local staple that will never disappoint. Get it once .. crave it forever. That’s a score Frankie.
