Little greasy, sauce feels just right, cheese is a little heavy, none the less solid 7.8 compared to other local pizza places.

Mark Twain's is where it's at! There's tons of flavor in everything from the sauce to the crust, which also has a nice crispness to it. Everything just combines into what ends up being a wonderful pie. Highly recommend you check them out.

My son and I have been to quite a few pizza places. From LA to NYC and now to Italy. The pizza in the USA is by far the best. This pizza place is one of the best in Metairie for hand tossed pizza.

In an old Tommy stripe mall. Nice! Feels like a neighborhood restaurant. Nice! Kid got his legos stuck in the gum ball machine. Nice. Helped him get the toy out. Thats clutch. Pizza..... flop good, sauce is tasty, and the cheese pretty damn tasty. Result..... 7.7. I liked it. Don’t love Solid.

A lot of flop, burned my face off. Cheese was very good and crust was a little too Under cooked
