Decent flavor, a little greasy, not as crisp as one would expect for wood fire oven

Sauce and cheese are frigg’n awesome. If they worked on this crust this stuff would be da bomb

I am impressed how badly they managed to screw up brick oven pizza. The crust was brown but completely doughy all the way through. No crisp or crunch anywhere! You would have thought it was made in a giant microwave. The sauce was very plain tasting and the cheese wasn’t anything exciting. I wouldn’t order this pizza again if it cost $1/pie. I hate to leave food sit on the table at a restaurant but it really wasn’t worth taking home. Very disappointing.

Too much flop. Cheese is strong but sauce is weak. Cooked perfectly with some leftover flour on the fingers.

One of the better pizzas in Bloomsburg, good pizza for being a brew pub.. BUT not a Homerun though...
