Very crispy. Cooked very well. Destroyed the roof of my mouth lol. Cheese is good not too greasy. Very doughy, but airy so they do a ferment on it id say. If it was slighter thinner and the sauce was jarred and generic I’d say this could be a great local shop for me nearby the house. Could be an 8 if they would offer a thinner version. Overall good for Pennsylvania
