Light, excellent crisp, good amount of char. The creamy cheese was the show-stopper, while the crust could have been just a tad thicker.

Crispy Crust, sauce is alright, meat flavor over powered the cheese flavor.

Oh Marta, slow pizza day and not quite the usual luster when it did come out. Not quite as crispy as I know you usually serve throughout, cheese on point. Still love you? But I’m not sure you felt the same today.

Really good fancy pizza. Score probably a little bit generous because I haven’t eaten a carb in two weeks. The cold straciatella mutz on top of the hot pizza is unique and delicious...this cheese makes the whole slice.

Roman style thin and crispy crust. High quality ingredients. Upmarket prices/setting.
