Pizza was a cross between a napoleon style and a bar pie. Has a great crispy crust. Has that nice char on the bottom that stays on your fingers.
I think they use a high moisture cheese, and thats why it was alittle soupy and greasy. I think a low moisture cheese would fix that.
I did only get the 10 inch. Should have got the large to check for flop etc..
Over all a good pizza.
