A solid pie. Great flavor. I enjoy eating this pizza. Taste is subjective; my opinion: SE Wisconsin score: 7.9 (Middle of pack among Barbiere's, Ann's, Mama Mia's, Lalli's, Balistrerie's, Doc's Dry Dock, Calderone Club, Ferraro's, Infusino's, Marco's, Hup's, Well's Brothers, Ned's, etc.). U.S. score: 7.4 (New Haven pizzas, Regina's in Boston, Lou Malnati's in 9's)

Halfway between a Detroit and Sicilian. Sauce slightly tangy, decent crunch on the outside pieces. A little greasy, but a decent slice.

Cheese and sauce go really well together. The crust cant decide if its crispy or chewy. I think the crust should be more on the chewy side
