Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewing

Good mix of provolone & mozzarella! Crust could be baked longer in the brick oven.

Great flavor, love the thin. Pizza shape and cooking was "uneven" and lots of flop.

Good cheese flavor, sauce was ok but it relied too much on seasoning and not enough on the tomato itself. Crust was just not crispy enough for a brick oven pie- it was good, that’s it!

Good Char on the crust... too good apparently. They comped is a pizza without asking cuz it was too burnt. We were fine with it. It was a little too greasy to get into the 7s. Fair score from a beginner

Pizza looks like a 9, but after the first slice it was already a little soggy with grease. Great ingredients and great taste, just a little too greasy.

The pics I see look better than what the pizza taste but still above average. Meh

I like the "Butcher" better but I'm doing all my ratings on the pepperoni pizzas. Crust is good, right amount of sauce, and tasty pepperoni.

No flop, but not crispy enough...just better than drunk pizza.

Excellent pizza! Great flavor throughout and the entire slice. Would live with the gods in the 8s if there was some crunch before you got to the end crust

Got it go. Personal style. Super cold and just not good on this day.
