I’m usually a huge fan of Matchbox (Chinatown and P City) but this wasn’t great. A little drier than normal. Maybe it sat out a bit before being delivered? Also need to bring back the garlic purée

Sat under the heat lamp for a second so that didn’t help. Still not horrible, but nothing special.

Matchbox is a standby for the DC region. Sauce is zesty, medium flop. Smoky, crispy wood fired crust. Very good.
