There’s some pretty wildly high scores on here from what I can only assume are blindly loyal customers. That’s not to say this pizza isn’t good; it’s just not THAT good. As long as you don’t have lofty expectations, this pie basically delivers with a solid overall combination of dough, sauce & cheese. The dough is fairly soft, indistinguishable taste, with some decent crisp on the crust. The cheese is nice and creamy, great texture and very tasty. I thought the sauce was very good, pleasantly distinct flavor and spread around the pie generously. This is a solid Central Jersey football pizza; a very reliable pie for sure.
