A lot of cheese, best part. Crust was good, sauce was plenty. First real Chi-town pizza and I wasn’t disappointed. Good garlic taste, overall ok taste, garlic stands out over sauce and cheese.

Dough was very “doughy” and undercooked. They did use semolina, but it was soggy and didn’t add any extra crisp/crunch. The sauce was decent, nothing crazy, but a little too sweet. The cheese was fire 🔥 though! All in all 6.1. Not a bad lunch spot, but not worth ruining a date over.

Man... this is my second Chicago deep dish pizza and I gotta say this one was much better than the last. Really impressed by this pizza, enjoyed every bite.

Alright Frankie, this is my first deep dish pizza, I almost want to call it gimmick pizza but it’s a thing, having to know that this is Chicago pizza in Charlotte area, I gotta say Frankie, it’s good, it’s really good. There’s ok NY style pizza in the area but this pizza might be tops overall, I’m blown away 8.7...I almost hate to say but I can’t give it a lower score
