No flop and light crisp, but more than the usual pies similar to this type in the area. Minimal crust distance from edge to cheese/sauce. More cheese to sauce ratio. Sauce is sweet and not over spiced; you can really taste the cheese; zero grease. Crust alone has a good flavor. Solid slice.
