Mauricio’s Pizza & Pasta

Floppy crust, doughy crust, and the cheese is kinda solid. I'll take it any day over typical chain pizza, but it's still a sub-par pie.

Now Mauricio’s but not any better then previous owners. Pizza has a thinner crust, too chewy, not enough cheese or sauce, too greasy. No features draw me in to even finish a slice, let alone go back again.

Nothing to write home about. Football pizza. Lots of cheese.

Overall taste was great but major floppage.... cheese to sauce ratio was a bit high... there’s potential here
